We want you to love your clothes, and we stand behind the quality of all of our products. If you want to return your selection for any reason, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee as follows:
• We will send an email notification when the order ships, along with a link to an external website where you can check tracking information.
• You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, with proof of purchase.
• Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, unlaundered, and in its original packaging and condition.
• For your convenience, a postage paid return shipping label will be sent to you upon acceptance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and all returns ship free.
Steps to Return an Item:
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be sent to you upon initiation of a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please complete the form indicating what you are returning and why. Once approved, a postage paid return shipping label will be sent to you, in order to return your item.
• Affix the postage paid return shipping label to the outside of your return box. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box. Make sure no other tracking labels are showing on your package.
• Make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records. We are not responsible for packages returned in any another way, without tracking, or without the return form enclosed.
Refund or Exchange
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• Upon verification of proof of purchase and that your item has been returned unused, unworn, unlaundered, and in its original packaging and condition, then the original purchase price of your returned item will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for processing.
• If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
